A Writ petition has been filed before the Hon’ble Patna High Court on 11.12.2020 against the order of the Central University of South Bihar Administration which mandates for conducting the End Semester Exams amid COVID 19 in physical mode. Speaking to Legal Angles Patna, Adv. Vishal Kumar Singh and Adv. Anjani Kumar, the counsels for the Petitioner said that,
“…We have prayed before the Hon’ble Court that it may command the respondents to revoke the impugned and irrational order passed by the Respondents and conduct the examinations in Online mode, which has been already conducted by the university.”
They further said that a larger team of five advocates of the Hon’ble Patna High Court concerned for this issue is chalking out the possible alternatives of the offline examinations.
